Terms & cancellation

Original design. Every piece is an original design. Designs, sketches and illustrations remain ours until you move forward, and may not be copied or given to anyone else to make.

Payments. A design fee reserves your design time and counts toward your total if you continue. A 50% deposit begins production. The balance is due before delivery. The design fee and deposit are non-refundable once paid.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; the design fee and deposit are kept. If we cannot complete your piece, we refund what you paid for work not delivered.

Fit. Fittings are included with every piece. When you take your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy. Small adjustments are included shortly after delivery if the piece is unworn.

Made by hand. Natural variation in fabric, color and handwork is part of every piece.

Ready-to-wear. Pieces are made to order. Contact us about any order and we will help.

Agreement. Each piece is confirmed by a signed client agreement, which governs if anything here differs. Texas law applies.
