Your details, kept simple

What we collect. When you request a consultation or order, you give us your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email, event date and the details of your vision. When you join the list, you give us your email, which is stored in our Mailchimp mailing list.

Why. Only to reply to you, plan your piece, arrange fittings and payment, and (if you joined the list) send occasional news. We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

How it reaches us. Forms are delivered to Shelena's inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Payments, when you make one, are handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies and tracking. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If you start a booking and leave, your answers are saved in your own browser so you don't have to start over. They're cleared when you send the request. Fonts are hosted on this site; nothing loads from ad networks.

Your choices. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what you've shared: text (832) 373-9260 or email shebyshelena@gmail.com. You can leave the list with one reply.
