How quickly can you ship my order?
Here at SMI, we specialize in creating bespoke couture gowns, suits and fashion illustrations, each tailored to your unique specifications. Since most pieces are made to order, production times vary based on the complexity and customization of your design.
- Ready-to-Wear Pieces: These garments are usually shipped within a day after your order is placed.
- Fashion Illustrations: Custom fashion illustrations are typically ready for shipping within 5 days to 2 weeks.
- Pre-Order & Bespoke Custom Gowns & Suits: Typically the creation process takes 2 to 4 months for production. Once completed, we will notify you and ship your garment within a day via preferred shipping method.
Please note that shipping times may also be affected by your location, custom processing, and any additional special requests. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us prior to placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, we will rush your order for an extra charge of $200. Please allow 1 to 2 months for production. If you need your order shipped, we also offer expedited shipping!
How much does your bespoke gowns cost?
Bespoke pricing varies by design. Wedding gowns start at $1500, Prom gowns at $600, and prom suits at $400. Contact us for a custom quote based on your vision and details!
